Orientation and Mobility Services for Adults in Eastern and Central Washington

Raychel Callary is a Northern Illinois University graduate and has maintained certification as an orientation and mobility specialist since 2008. She teaches independent travel skills to adults with all levels of vision loss throughout eastern and central Washington, and has a special interest in the needs of older adults. She is an adjunct professor with the Portland State University Orientation and Mobility program. She works with city and county planners and governmental entities to advocate for accessible infrastructure.
